Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Melati Ehsan Holdings Berhad was been awarded Anugerah Kontraktor Cemerlang (Johan) 2015 by Jabatan Kerja Raya on the 8th of June 2015 for its project in the East Coast Economic Region (ECER), Federal Road 8 & 9 Central Spine Road, Felda Telang to Kg. Kecur, Pahang.
BHO Melati Sdn Bhd entered into a concession agreement with the Government of Malaysia and Universiti Malaysia Sabah to develop Universiti Malaysia Sabah Teaching Hospital. This agreement includes planning, designing, financing, development construction, landscaping, equipping, installation, completion, testing and commissioning of the Facilities and Infrastructure plus carrying out Asset Management Services for the teaching hospital.
Official key-handing-over ceremony for Bayu Pandan Jaya, Pandan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur by Y.Bhg. Tuan Haji Abd Hamid Bin Hussain, YDP MPAJ. Bayu Pandan Jaya consists of 280 condominium units equipped with facilities such as a club house, swimming pool, gymnasium room and a playground for children. The project is a low density development with only 8 units per floor. Each unit has an area of 1,050 sq. ft. housing 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Site visit by Menteri Kerja Raya, Y.B. Dato Sri Haji Fadillah Haji Yusof to the East Coast Economic Region (ECER), Federal Road 8 & 9 Central Spine Road, Felda Telang to Kg. Kecur, Pahang on 21st October 2014. Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Malaysia awarded the project on 20th May 2011 at a contract sum of RM148.63million. The project commenced on 15th June 2011 and ended on 10th December 2013. The project plays a role in helping to achieve the government’s objective to promote the East Coast Economic Region and to improve the connectivity and accessibility at the centre region of Peninsular Malaysia. The scope of works included earthworks, drainage, road pavement, geotechnical work, slope protection and bridge works.
