Ground breaking ceremony for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) Kelana Jaya Quarters by TNB Chairman Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Leo Moggie on 9th December 2015. The project consists of 240 apartment units solely built for TNB’s staff. The project is located at Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Signing ceremony between Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Hj. Mohd Amin Nordin bin Abd. Aziz and Mega Legacy (M) Sdn. Bhd. represented by Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Dato Yap Suan Chee on the 12th of August 2015 for Taman Aman Putra, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. The project is located in Jinjang Utara, Kepong, approximately 10km North of Kuala Lumpur’s city center. The entire mixed-development project covers an area of 100 acres with over 10,000 residential and commercial units.

Dato Seri Haji Mohammad Bin Mentek to 500 units Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPR), Bandar Sentul Utama, Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. The project is a scheme launched by the Government to aid Malaysians categorized under the ‘low income’ group who would otherwise face difficulties purchasing residences, while combatting the issue of local illegal squatting.
