Mr Yap Wei Sam was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 March 2021. He is the member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Mr Yap obtained his Bachelor in Business from London School of Economics, United Kingdom in 2018. He started his career with Melati Ehsan Group in 2018 involving in the business development and corporate affairs & administration of the Group.

Mr Yap actively involves in wide portfolio of construction projects and development schemes. He has also participated in various tender and contract award processes and support in numerous successful joint venture and business development plans of the Group. The new generation foresight and perspective of Mr Yap is essential in the succession planning and development of Melati Ehsan Group.
