PROJECT INFORMATION

TNB Quarters Kelana Jaya – construction of a 22 storey block of 240 units of apartments comprising 1 storey of common facilities, a 6 storey car park podium and other facilities such as a guard house , multipurpose hall, Surau, children’s playground, gymnasium and Tadika for Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s workes’ quarters (“TNB Quarters”) on TNB’s land at Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The Certificate of Completion and Compliance (“CCC”) was obtained on 29 of December 2017.
