PROJECT INFORMATION
The group has secured a contract of RM389 million for the construction of a 41-storey corporate office tower at Jalan Conlay, Kuala Lumpur for PHB (Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad). Construction has commenced and bored piling works are in progress.

The office block is situated near the Conlay Station of the proposed MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) Sungai Buloh – Serdang – Putrajaya Line. Due to its close proximity to the MRT SSP line, we are working closely with the MRT team to ensure no technical issues arise.

Upon completion, the office block will make its mark as another iconic building within Kuala Lumpur’s city centre, adding to the Golden Triangle’s skyline.
